Replacements
We do not accept returns of our products due to the nature of our items. However, if your order arrives damaged, if there is an error in your order, or if you are dissatisfied with the quality of our product, we are here to help.
To qualify for a replacement, please ensure you meet the following conditions:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, photographic evidence to support your claim.
- Keep the product in the same condition you received it. For quality issues, we may ask you to provide further details about what was unsatisfactory.
Process for Requesting a Replacement:

- Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
